This boiler supplies industries with really hot tap water, but in slightly lower volumes. The processor is suitable for agriculture, for example to clean milk facilities.
METRO Lantbruk 60 E has the same elegant design as METRO Cabinet and can just like it be mounted on the wall with the included brackets, otherwise a leg stand is available as an option. The boiler has a volume of approximately 56 litres, it is well insulated and has a very efficient electric cartridge, which means that it recovers quickly and prevents energy losses.
The water tank is protected by a glass-enamelled steel and has indirect heating, which provides durable and long-lasting protection against corrosion. This makes this model particularly popular and suitable in, for example, Öland, Gotland, Österlen, Uppsala, Norrtälje and in households with their own well where the water is often calcareous and can have a high chloride content.
Higher water temperatures increase the risk of lime precipitation, but METRO agriculture 60 E is less sensitive to lime due to its indirect heating. Therefore, this model is more suitable for higher temperatures than other models. This is a reliable and powerful boiler for industries with a slightly smaller hot water requirement. With its compact dimensions, the preparation is easy and flexible to place. It can be placed both on the wall as standard or on the floor with a leg stand as an option.

The water heater is delivered with a complete fitting set with safety valve, mixing valve and shut-off valve. The METRO Lantbruk series has a thermostat that allows temperatures up to 88 °C and a special pipe set for hot water withdrawal. The 3 kW electric cartridge is mounted in a protective tube that makes the boiler less sensitive to limescale formation. For maximum effect, the connection cable of 1 meter is adapted for fixed electrical installation against 2-phase. But it can also be connected to 1-phase with a plug. The boiler can also be connected with 1-phase and a plug but then gets an output of 1 kW.

Metro Therm's enamelled water heater can be used for the vast majority of water types. The enamelled pressure vessel steel is extra resistant to corrosion and is particularly suitable for water with high hardness and a high chloride content. The chloride content should not exceed 250 mg Cl/l, and the pH value should be between 6 and 9 for the corrosion protection to work effectively for as long as possible. The appliance's enamel is protected by a magnesium anode which should be checked at regular intervals and possibly replaced if necessary. In the case of particularly high chloride or manganese levels in the water, we recommend replacing the magnesium anode with an electric titanium anode.

For water types with a high pH value, we recommend METRO Lantbruk stainless.
