KMP PB25 - stand-alone pellet burner PB25 is a Swedish-made pellet burner with roots in the first commercial forward-burning tube burner that saw the light of day back in 1996. The basic concept itself is the same, but the technology has developed significantly since then. The burner is CE-marked and meets all the requirements of the European pellet burner standard EN 15270. Provides your home with heat automatically PB25 has a newly developed control electronics that is very easy to handle with a pressure-sensitive display. The electronics monitor the combustion, and in addition to controlling the pellet conveyor, it can control other external accessories such as e.g. chimney fan. The ignition process is very fast with the help of a high-quality ceramic ignition element with a long service life. If the boiler is connected to an accumulator tank, the burner can be controlled by this with the help of a distribution box (accessory) which allows detection of the top and bottom temperatures in the tank. In this way, you get the best possible operating economy and comfort. Efficient combustion The burner's design with primary air and preheated secondary air allows a very efficient and clean combustion with minimal emissions. Safety PB25 has three different backfire safety systems that make operation extremely safe, systems that have proven their value in 10,000s of installations over more than 20 years. The only moving parts are the combustion fan and the motor of the external pellet conveyor, which guarantees low service costs and high operational reliability. Low installation cost The installation cost is very low. The burner is easy to install, and the forward burning principle means that it fits in most boilers. PB25 is fully compatible with the most common burners on the Swedish market, KMP's and Ariterm's PX20, PX21 and PX22.
