METRO District heater 300 E is in the same 60x60 module format as METRO Modul, which with adjustable feet can be easily placed even on uneven surfaces.
Metro Therm offers several different solutions for external heat sources as well as extra long charging loop and insulation in the METRO Plus series available as an alternative to the boilers in the METRO District heating boiler series. In addition, there is the Combi series, which offers both a charging loop and an electric cartridge to also be able to ensure the water temperature independently of the external heat source. Everything to be able to fit into your home!
The charging loop in METRO District heating boiler is 1 m² and ⅜" spiral, which provides optimal heat transfer and cooling, while the insulation of the boiler means that heat energy stays in the boiler and produces minimal energy losses.
Metro Therm's enamelled water heater can be used for the vast majority of water types. The enamelled pressure vessel steel is extra resistant to corrosion attack and is particularly suitable for water with high hardness and high chloride content. The chloride content should not exceed 250 mg Cl/l, and the pH value should be between 6 and 9 for the corrosion protection to work effectively for as long as possible. The appliance's enamel is protected by a magnesium anode which should be checked at regular intervals and possibly replaced if necessary. In the case of particularly high chloride or manganese levels in the water, we recommend replacing the magnesium anode with an electric titanium anode.
