METRO Matilda V3-R5 Bass

This is a powerful district heating center that supplies apartment buildings or larger properties with both heat and hot water. The central unit consists of proven components assembled in a flexible and robust construction. With efficient heat exchangers, METRO Matilda V3-R5 meets the heat and hot water needs of properties up to 40 apartments or 5200 m². This makes the center optimal for, for example, apartment buildings, hotels, office premises or sports facilities.
This central unit is delivered in a basic version, which means that the central unit is designed without a control center to be able to be adapted and configured by the customer to the desired level of equipment through their own choice of regulation, sensors and pumps. This central unit can also be a suitable alternative if there is already an existing control system in the property that is to be linked together to control the district heating central unit.
METRO Matilda is a product series with real estate centers that is very flexible in its design and has a high level of equipment and many options. The central units are available both as stocked standard central units and can be completely customized according to your wishes. METRO Matilda can, for example, be delivered parallel-connected or two-stage connected. It can also be supplied with double heating circuits, for example ventilation or underfloor heating. In addition, through a robust and spacious design, the central units are both easy to install and service.
All central units in the Matilda series are designed according to the Energy Companies' principles in accordance with Technical regulations F:101.

METRO Matilda V3-R5 in basic version is a complete internally pre-connected district heating center in a version to be adapted to the customer's needs and wishes from the factory with short lead times or to be completed at the installation site. The output is 273 kW for heating with hot water capacity for up to 80 apartments.
Basic design means that the central unit is delivered without a control center, pumps or sensors, this so that the central unit can be customized and configured completely according to the customer's wishes and the property's equipment level needs.
With the basic version, the central unit can be used together with existing pumps and control systems or for on-site additions during installation. Through a basic design, we can also deliver the central unit fully customized with, for example, other models of control equipment or pumps than what is found on the central units that are part of our standard range.
