METRO Superb XL, ECL310, VVC

The METRO Superb XL belongs to one of the market's most powerful wall-hung district heating units. It is an environmentally smart and compact district heating center that meets the heat and hot water needs of apartment buildings with up to 20 apartments or properties between up to 1,800 m², which also makes it optimal for, for example, office buildings or other buildings with greater heat needs than hot water needs.

Heat and hot water are regulated with a Danfoss ECL310 which, together with outside temperature and supply temperature, adjusts the heat completely automatically. In this way, an even and pleasant indoor temperature is ensured regardless of the weather and season! The electronic hot water regulation ensures that a correct hot water temperature is always maintained. With the ECL310 control equipment, the central unit can be connected, which means that the central unit can be remotely controlled, remotely monitored and connected to five energy meters.

METRO Superb XL is designed with well-proven and market-leading manufacturers for every single component in the central unit. At the same time, a smart construction makes the installation flexible and smooth. This is noticeable by, among other things, the fact that the pipe connections can be directed upwards or downwards to suit the conditions in your property. Leg stands are also available as accessories if floor mounting is desired.

Already in the standard version, the METRO Superb XL – ECL310 is well equipped with, among other things, a vertical meter location (horizontal is available as an accessory). In addition, there are several smart options for the central unit, for example a stylish cover. It protects the central unit at the same time as it blends into the surroundings, which can be an advantage if it is possibly to be placed in a common room. METRO Superb XL is a complete and internally fully connected district heating center with reversible pipe connections and can therefore be connected at the top or bottom. The output is 90 kW for heating with hot water capacity for up to 20 apartments.

The Danfoss ECL 310 control unit is appreciated for being easy to use and safe for both installers and end users. The images on the control unit's display make it easy to get a quick overview of the system. This at the same time as it provides access to several smart functions such as quick lowering, night lowering, automatic pump exercise and the possibility of max and min restrictions. The electronic hot water regulation in the central unit provides a stable hot water temperature regardless of withdrawals.

With the Danfoss ECL 310, you also get access to a complete app solution that allows you to set the desired indoor temperature as well as complete monitoring and control of all functions of the control center via an app on your phone or via a website. ECL 310 can also be connected to Modbus, M-bus and ECL 485-bus.
