The central unit consists of proven components assembled in a flexible and robust construction. With efficient heat exchangers and environmentally smart METRO Matilda V2-R3 meets the heat and hot water needs of properties up to 40 apartments or 3100 m². This makes the center optimal for, for example, apartment buildings, hotels, office premises or sports facilities.
Heat and hot water are regulated with a Siemens RVD144 which, together with outside temperature and supply temperature, adjusts the heat completely automatically. In this way, an even and pleasant indoor temperature is ensured regardless of the weather and season! The electronic hot water regulation ensures that a correct hot water temperature is always maintained.
METRO Matilda is a product series with real estate centers that are very flexible in their design and have a high level of equipment and many options. The central units are available both as stocked standard central units and can be completely customized according to your wishes. METRO Matilda can, for example, be delivered parallel-connected or two-stage connected. It can also be supplied with double heating circuits, for example ventilation or underfloor heating. In addition, through a robust and spacious design, the central units are both easy to install and service.
All central units in the Matilda series are designed according to the Energy Companies' principles in accordance with Technical regulations F:101.

METRO Matilda V2-R2 in basic version is a complete internally pre-connected district heating center in a version to be adapted to the customer's needs and wishes from the factory with short lead times or to be completed at the installation site. The output is 156 kW for heating with hot water capacity for up to 40 apartments.
The Siemens RVD144 control unit is appreciated for being easy to use and safe for both installers and end users. With the control unit, both heat and hot water are controlled and regulated. With the help of outdoor sensor, proximity sensor and control curve, the even indoor temperature is ensured, while the heat can be fine-tuned using the adjustment knob without the risk of any settings being changed.
The electronic hot water regulation in the central unit provides a stable hot water temperature regardless of withdrawals. The central unit also has several smart functions such as quick lowering, night lowering, legionella protection, automatic pump exercise and the possibility of max and min restrictions. The facility is also compatible and connectable with Modbus RTU, which means that the central unit can be remotely monitored, remotely read and remotely operated, which is a suitable function if you have a prepared superior system such as in property automation.
