Purchase & Payment Terms

1. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Once an order has been confirmed, prices can only be changed in circumstances beyond our control, such as:

Changed commodity prices

Currency changes
-
Changed VAT
-
Supplier changes
Any handling fee or invoice fee may apply.
Incorrect pricing and technical errors
In the event of an obviously incorrect price, caused by a technical error, system error, printing error, typographical error or other circumstance beyond our control, Mr Pellets AB reserves the right to correct the price or cancel the order before manual order confirmation has taken place.
An agreement is considered binding only when the order has been manually confirmed by Mr Pellets AB. Automatic order confirmation does not constitute a binding confirmation.
If price, product information, shipping cost or other terms prove to be incorrect, the customer will always be informed and given the opportunity to:

Accept revised terms, or

Cancel the purchase free of charge.
This applies according to Swedish contract law, consumer law and applicable EU regulations.
2. Payment
We offer the following payment options:

Important:

Invoice/E-invoice is sent via email – also check spam.

Credit information is provided when purchasing on invoice.

Advance payment must be registered before delivery.
3. Order and delivery
An agreement only arises when Mr Pellets AB has manually confirmed the order.
Automatic order confirmation may contain errors.
Ownership of the goods belongs to Mr Pellets AB until full payment has been received.
To shop with us you must be at least 20 years old.
4. Advance booking
When booking in advance, a fee of approximately 5% of the value of the item is charged.
The fee is deducted from the final price.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the fee may be lost as an administration cost.
5. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.
The customer pays return shipping, except in the case of incorrect delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods without original packaging
-
Used or damaged goods
Corporate customers are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
6. Complaints
Contact us within 7 days in case of damage or error.
Always save the packaging and original carton.
The right of complaint applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act (36 months) and only covers defects that were present at the time of delivery.
7. Refund
Refunds are made to bank account, card or PayPal.
Normally within 5 working days after approved return.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

War
-
Natural disasters
-
Labor market conflicts
-
Authority decision
-
Other unforeseen events beyond our control
9. Guarantees
Warranty terms are stated for each product and apply provided that the installation and operating instructions have been followed and that the product has been installed by a qualified professional.
Otherwise, the Consumer Purchase Act applies.
We are not liable for damage to property other than the delivered product, or for consequential or indirect damages.
Example: Ignition elements, grates and burner tubes are consumables and are only covered by a functional warranty upon delivery.
10. Product images
Product images are basic images. The product may differ slightly from the image.
11. Delivery error
Please contact us immediately if there is an error with the delivery.
Transport damage
Visible damage must be reported directly to the transport company upon receipt.
Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days.
